An Aspirin a day may keep the tumors away
The Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology is the largest coalition of biomedical research associations in the USA. It publishes one of the top three journals in the States on biomedical research results.
Recently, a study published in the journal emphasized the relationship between aspirin and reduced tumor growth. Aspirin it seems prevents the growth of blood vessels that allow the tumor to grow. How exactly this happens isn’t clear.
This relationship between aspirin and tumors has been demonstrated in prostate, breast, colon and ovarian cancers. Science daily has a series of reports and links on this association. You can find this article and search for several others on this subject here.
