This is a book for the person who has not exerecised in a long time and would like to start again.

Bradley has been the director for the Fitness Center at the United States Department of Transportation for 25+ years.

His book is aimed at the sedentary individual who would like to do something about his or her fitness. This Program is designed to take just 15 minutes. It does not require you to change clothes, shower or go to the gym. It is designed to be done on your lunch hour, just before work or just after. Bradley’s intention is to get you moving. Even the smallest amout of exercise done regularly lowers your chance of dying early.

Exercise reduces your risk of damage from diseases as disparate as skin cancer and diabetes. In that list are other malignancies, obesity, hypertension and heart disease.
