    I’m interested in knowing more about green smoothies. I had some last week and noticed energy gains right away.

    To lose weight, today I’ll be incorporating them into my diet, in the hopes they become a part of my regular regime even after I’ve lost the weight.

    I was thinking of cereal in the morning (skim milk, albran) with a pot of green tea. Smoothies during the day (as many as I crave). A healthy meal (soup or salad or some such) at night.

    Any thoughts?

    Btw - I have ‘Green for life’ but I’m not a vegetarian (tried that but I’m a meat eater for sure).
