4. What other subjects would you like to read about?

I&#039;m interested in knowing more about green smoothies. I had some last week and noticed energy gains right away. 

To lose weight, today I&#039;ll be incorporating them into my diet, in the hopes they become a part of my regular regime even after I&#039;ve lost the weight.

I was thinking of cereal in the morning (skim milk, albran) with a pot of green tea. Smoothies during the day (as many as I crave). A healthy meal (soup or salad or some such) at night.

Any thoughts? 

Btw - I have &#039;Green for life&#039; but I&#039;m not a vegetarian (tried that but I&#039;m a meat eater for sure).</description>
