		<description>I agree with Lori, it&#039;s all about making lifestyle changes and whether that means getting off of refined sugar if you&#039;re addicted to it, resolving emotional eating issues, or adding 30 minutes of walking to your schedule each day, it needs to be a change in lifestyle. 

Short term dieting to get off the pounds just doesn&#039;t work long term - almost always results in regaining the weight, at least that&#039;s been my experience in the past.</description>

		<description>Whenever I look at a new diet or exercise I always stop and think to myself, &quot;Is it sustainable?&quot;  Because if it isn&#039;t, then it&#039;s really just a waste of time.  As you say, any results you do achieve will be short-lived.</description>
