Weight Loss Coach - would You like to have one

Losing weight is something many of us say we want.  The problem is, we often manage to lose weight temporarily but then it seems to find its way back and often brings a few friends.  That is because we did not change, we just sacrificed.  What a waste to do all that work for seemingly nothing.

Most of us have power but we apply it to the wrong principles.  We apply it to short term gains only and not to a lasting investment.  It is much like money.  We want stuff so bad we “borrow” money using a credit card.  Just like food in a convenience store is so much more expensive, so is this type of credit.  We pay many more dollars in interest that our original purchase which is now consumed or worn out.

If we yo-yo our weight loss, down then back up, we set ourselves up for discouragement and bad health.  What we need is a set of sound principles and a guide to help us.    I provide this for free every Thursday night in cycles of 6 weeks.   Join me and my other class members who are all making their own Recipe to Look Better Naked.

    Most people benefit from having a coach or mentor to help them achieve their goals… and losing weight is an area where so many people benefit from a coach. We might have great intentions to lose weight but we easily get sidetracked… a coach can help us keep contract and keep us accountable.
