Most Thursdays since July 08 I have conducted a free online class called

Recipe to Look Better Naked.  It runs in 6 week segments.  Thursday October 9 is

the end of the current 6 weeks.  It will be a class where we discuss what we have learned

so it is an overview of principles learned.

We begin our last 6 weeks of 2008 on October 23.

I ask that people sign up, see the box in the far right column of the home page of this

blog.  Since I have many loyal readers here, I wanted you to have the opportunity

to listen via your computer once without receiving all the regular emails for

the group. If you would like to listen to our discussion, go here  at 830 PM
