Malcom Gladwell is a NY Times best selling author.  He has written Blink, The Tipping Point and now Outliers.  I was very impressed by this Excerpt published in the Guardian, a UK newspaper.

I was most impressed by how much timing and dedication played in becoming wildly successful.  The take home lesson for me was Practice, Practice, Practice.  Below is a link to pre-purchase the book to be released November 18, 2008.
