Did you see Natalie and the video I posted from YouTube on foods not to eat or at least the worst 10 foods? Really none of them are food, they are edible, there is a difference. I know it takes time to change behavior. People who see that video are going to say what can I eat? These are likely to be guys who eat a number of meals out and on the run. FAST FOOD! Or perhaps it should be rephrased as FAST EDIBLES!
Well, here is a book you could buy for that person. EAT THIS NOT THAT! is a book of fast food recommendations from the editor of Men’s Health. Now, I don’t want you to think Men’s Health has good health information in it. It doesn’t. Perhaps a few interesting facts, but over all, not what to read for your health information. The Editor, David Zinczenko, has done a good job of steering us towards better fast food selections in his book.
Eating fast food is not what a person should do regularly i.e. more than once per month! But if you know they are going to for now, help that person to make choices lower in fat, sodium and calories with the book Eat This, Not That!
