Wellness Tip of the Day #1

When you start to improve your wellness, you want to focus on beginning new habits to replace those you need to change.

Habits are what make your health reach and remain at its potential.  startpath Wellness Tip of the Day #1

Your wellness or lack of it is a direct result of your habits.

Don’t shut me off here.  Your habits can’t be perfect until you have perfect knowledge -

since you don’t have perfect knowledge, your habits aren’t either.

Don’t worry about it.  You can learn more and improve any way you desire.

So what are the habits that will give you the greatest chance to live longer and healthier?

1. What you eat and how much you eat.

2. Whether you work your body regularly – it likes a load – let it pull one

3. How much rest you get. You need recovery time. Do you get enough? Your body is giving you some clues.

4. Your level of stress. There are different types of stress. A little is actually good, but too much for too long is very harmful.

Over the next 30 days I will  write one tip per day. I have been challenged to write once a day by my Mentor Connie Ragen Green and I accept.
