Recommended Reading For Improved Wellness
Wellness is a subject difficult to define by most people. Most think of it as the absence of disease. I think of it as the sum of your habits. Changing habits is a process I have discussed many times and will continue to do so for the benefit of my readers.
.
To change habits you have to accept the need for such a change. Someone has to present you the idea of change and then you have to accept that idea, see the benefit of changing, experiment with different changes and habits until you decide how thing are going to change, and then do them until they become permanent.
I want to present you with some other authors that can help you with various aspects of change like passion, time management, facts about health, and successful weight loss. I read these people myself and in the future will be interviewing them as part of my “Ask Anything” interview series. If you are signed up for info about my monthly “Ask Bruce Anything” calls, you will receive info about those interviews. If you aren’t you want to sign up.
Now, let me introduce you to some other blogs that will benefit you in your journey for improved wellness.
