Wellness Coaching Clients- Begin Here

If you are going to hire me to be your wellness coach, this series of pages will be very beneficial. If you have hired me in the past then you will see that I am doing a few things differently. I am now accepting clients by phone (soon via webcam) and not just in the office. I will also have some affiliate coaches listed here so you will have more than one choice.

Begin by printing out this page and the other recommended pages on nutrition, exercise history and goals stress and relaxation, and health history. Fill out your answers so you are prepared for the initial coaching session which I schedule for 60-90 minutes in person or on the phone.

The initial session will involve me getting to know you in detail, you getting to know me (but much of what you want to know is on this blog in the about me pages), a review of your assessment (questions below and onthe subsequent pages in this section)and reviewing your wellness path (where are you now?) and your wellness goals. The difference between where you are now and where you want to go is what coaching will help you achieve. I will help you decide what you want to work on first, help you set a goal and formulate a plan, and help you with accountability. You will do the work and I will lend support, help with motivation, be a resource and a guide.

Here are the initial assessment questions. Be as specific as possible. Please print them out and then record your answers on paper. You can also choose select all under edit, copy it, paste it into an email, answer the questions and email them to me. Answer your questions in all capital letters or highlight your answer some way.
